Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Shield and tap your name at the top left to open your Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom, to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted at once. If you are in a match, leave it first.

Without the app

Email support@shieldgame.app with the subject “Delete my account” and your Player ID (for example SH-48K2QX, shown in your Profile). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your Player ID, name, country, avatar and other profile settings
• Your Gold, level, XP, badges, missions and statistics
• Your friends, friend requests and blocks
• Your notification tokens and your entry on the weekly leaderboard

What is kept

• Anonymous game statistics that contain no name or Player ID (for example how long matches last).
• Reports you made about other players, without your name, so moderators can still act on them.
• Database backups are kept for up to 14 days and then deleted, so your data is fully gone after 14 days at most.
